Our 2013 CSA provides a good example of what you might expect to find in your 2014 CSA, but please remember that we'll be only providing vegetables that we grow at Building Earth Farm. You'll be sure to get plenty of salad fixings, a vegetable or two for cooking with, a dozen eggs plus fresh fruit in season from our farming friends in Eastern Washington, and the occasional value added fruit product made at BEF, such as dried or canned fruit, jam and other fruit preserves.
